If the machines drained and its rotating both ways at the begining then it could be the wash load you put in is unbalenced so try a different load. If there’s no motor action then it could be the belt is loose or the pcb or motor itself has failed .This models not that old for the motor brushe’s to be worn out unless you’ve really hammered it.
