    Good morning all,

    Does anyone know where I should start looking in order to diagnose the above condition, as I have little experience with microwaves?

    If you havnt fixed micros before then you need to get some education done before hand, can give you a nasty shock

    Thanks Dr.Drill,

    Is is possible for me to partially strip the unit to check for anything obviously amiss?

    Or is that not recommended?

    Otherwise, NEFF engineer to advise.
