You know I get all sorts of strange conversations and this evening I had a topper with a nice guy from China about labour costs there, manufacturing and the general state of things.
It really is a bit of an eye-opener when you hear first hand what the state of play is in China and how human resources is viewed. It was also evident that China, in some ways, is not quite mature yet.
But I have a couple of leads to follow up on now and the UKW name has been passed on. 😉
