Hoover 616.80 Door Lock,3hr light and no Spin flashing

Went to this machine today. The door lock, 3 hour and no spin lights were flashing. Insulation check carried out which was ok.Checked the motor brushes, pump and filter, water valves. Everything checked out ok. The lights flashed together but appeared to have pause indicating a F1 fault (door interlock) The one fitted did lock but I changed it for a new one just incase. Can any body confirm the way to read the fault codes and what lights should flash.
