    Hi the HDWM1100 says its locked but door will open but cannot select programe. HDW1011WD Has child lock on but customer cant remove lock.Can anyone help please. Manythanks Les

    go to whirlpool site and download user manual

    you will need long nc code from machine

    Went to whirpool site no joy phoned whirpool who said they would email them to me Still waiting the numbers are if anyone can help HDW1011WG 12NC 857008415101 and HDWN1100 12NC 857008415002
