Samsung RS21DCNS Module?

This fridge freezer is not doing the defrost cycle in the freezer side. Everything test out ok (heater 250ohm, thermal fuse ok, sensor giving same reading at room tempreture as new one but replaced it anyway). Is it possible the board is at fault on this FF? Although im aware of all the common issues with this fridge Ive not had this problem before. Ive changed many boards to cure no defrost faults on the whirlpool side by sides (when all components check out ok).

Any Help Please

check to see if it has had the mod done in the main pcb box as it had a fuse pcb fitted as a safety issue it could be one of them fuses gone.
