Hi guys hope everyone in gang is all ok!,
this machine wont spin or pump, on the display it says no pump or no spin selected, but pressing the correct button will not deselect the setting(to the right hand side) the push is working fine as you can change other settings on other cycles, anyone come across this fault? everything else appears to be working fine, i made sure i was using the machine properly as per user manual.

If you select the spin cycle what’s happens and what does the display show.
If its a linear pressure switch model it won’t pump out with no water in it. Stick it on rinse the change to pump out once full.

yes, i will try that, customer initially reports of no pump fault when full of water, she tried it on a few washes before cleaning the filter and after with no success so im inclined to belief their may still be a fault present? or a child etc has messed with the dials and took out spin or pump? anyway will try and post back, cheers
