    Im thinking its got to be the board on this one but would like some reasurance on it if possible please.
    You turn the machine on and its like the programme has been selected in that it shows 152 minutes on display and the programme lights for cotton, spin speed etc are lit.But it is frozen like this. The door does not lock and if you try to cancel or change programme “ERR” just comes up, its completley frozen like this. I changed interlock but it made no difference and checked motor heaters etc nothing found. There is no obvious signs of damage to board.

    Any help Please

    With the machine off, press and hold in both the Skip/Reset and Start/Pause buttons whilst turning machine back on. Continue to hold until all the LED’s flash. Then turn the machine off and with any luck and a following wind that should then allow you to turn it back on and it be OK once more?

    have you checked for a stuck button on panel?
