    HI CAN YOU HELP PLEASE .. I PUT A WASH LOAD IN TO MY BEKO WM5100W AND WHEN I WENT TO GET THE CLEAN WASHING OUT LATER THE MACHINE HAD NOT PROGRESSED FROM THE FILL STAGE AND THE READY LED LIGHT IS FLASHING … THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE FILTER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE MACHINE … MY MACHINE IS FULL OF WATER NOT SURE ON HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS AND IF THERE IS A SIMPLE ANSWER .. MANY THANKS CHRISSY

    the filter is behind the kick plate at the bottom front,but beware if the machine is full the water will also be in there

    I HAVE FOUND IT NOW THANK YOU BUT STILL NO GOOD THE READY LIGHT IS ON AND THEN RINSE LIGHT IS FLASHING … NOTHNG IS WORKING REGARDS …. CHRISSY

    have you made sure that the pump will turn , nothing jammed in the impeller behind the filter?

    Hi .. i have checked the back of the filter and all seems fine the small fan is turning freely … chrissy
