Zanussi wont start

    Hi all, does anyone have any ideas on this, a Zanussi ZWD1220W Washer dryer, whatever wash programme you put it on the pumps runs for 10-15 secs then door unlocks and stops until you set to off.
    The drying programmes seen to work ok and drum turns. Any clues?

    diconect the dryer heater then try it again if it works you need a new dryer heater as is has low insulation

    Thanks for your quick reply repman, will try that but machine is a long way away so may be a day or two, but will let you know.

    Checked dryer element today and checked ok on resistance test and leakage but after disconnect wash cycle works so spot on repman, saved me a lot of time and ordering unessecery parts. Many thanks.
