    Hi folks. Customer just rang about this machine. left in house she has never used it. Makes a bit of a noise then stops she said. Could do with service info / test mode info if anyone can help. Thanks.

    I’d be looking at pump, it empties first on each cycle, so if its making noise perhaps the pump is jammed.
