Hi can anyone help me please, i have a faulty bosch classix 1200 washing machine, i turn it on from the mains, the dial is on off. i then select a cycle or drain or spin, the active light comes on. i then press start but the active light doesnt come on until i press it 1-2-3 times, i belive i can hear the pump but the drum doenst spin, please help somebody! :rolls:

The active light doesn’t necessarily react immediately on pressing the start button, the electronics take a brief time to ‘process’ the information and the door lock needs to heat up to lock however if you have lost the motor action then the most likely problem is the motor brushes on these.
