hi this washer on any programme only the pump runs without a fault code this has a brushless motor any ideas thanks

Did you check the insulation of the machine? Heater is always a good starting point.

Sounds like the pressure switch hasn’t reset, but it should throw up an e3?.
They run the pump to reset the level switch to zero, if it does’nt read zero it will continue to run pump. Check pump/filter for blockages, check pressure chamber, pipe to pressure switch, cable from pressure sw’ to p.c.b etc.
Could be a fault on p.c.b or earth fault as advised bt Tim also.
