    Hi all

    Had a call about a esse e/cooker today but never worked on one before. No model as yet customer is emailing details soon.

    Customer say there is no power to main oven at all, I’m thinking thermal cut out but not sure.

    Just after a bit of advice like is there any technical details out there and where to get parts.

    Just a update with the model number…..

    It is a ESSE Plus 2 if this helps.

    A 1.2 second google search reveals you need to speak to Esse.
