customer tells me the oven lamp exploded.. now the grill & cir oven elements aren’t working also the main oven motor fan is running all the time / when it first went wrong it had a fault code E300

Trace the lamp wires to the main control/relay board . You’ll probably find burnt/blown track and comonents adjacent to the lamp connection which will also affect the other operations . I would be thinking it may need new board AND lamp socket . Examination of the original light bulb and socket may show evidence of the short .
