Found this adapter which I have used in the past but can’t find them on line,anyone know of any please.
It has a british female pipe thread the same as our washer hoses but a male american pipe thread so it screws onto the tap and then the americn pipes fit it.

I’ve seen that one thanks.
I have one of the correct adapters as per the pic and was hoping someone might have a source for some more.
Dont want to go down the road of forcing a bsp one onto a american valve.Re: American hose adapter
Armstrongs stock a hose for Huebsch/Speed Queen washers with a yankee thread on one end, and a british 3/4″ thread on the other end. It will cost more than just a plastic adaptor, but might be your only solution

Shouldn’t that be the other way around?
A female 3/4″NPT to male 3/4″BSP? available from many pipe fitting suppliers in the UK. (Also vending machine suppliers as most vending machines are from the US)

I’m trying to source these adaptors from outside the usual trade route,had some in the past.think it was from a company I had similar adaptors for hot water inlet booster pumps for American washers.
Wanted support wheels recently for a whirlpool dryer,ended up buying from USA a kit comprising belt.jockey pulley and 4 support pulleys for 1/2 the price of the support pulleys alone including postage from US,was here in 5 days.
Thanks to the internet we do have a bit more choice.
Have a friend who runs a machine shop who said he would make me a couple of adaptors in brass for less than Whirlpool charge for plastic,wont take him up on it yet though!
