    Hi can anyone help?

    My Samsung fridge/freezer(model rse8jpus)display on the freezer door has just stopped working 😕 it’s as if the display panel has just frozen, its stuck on crushed ice but we cant get any ice/water out of the unit.
    When it was on water we got water out of it but nothing now 🙁

    Can anyone please help?

    Check the connections above the door under the hinge cover might just be a loose wire.

    Check your power supply of your refrigerator or call on customer care number or get advice with refrigerator repairman.
