    Hi guys. My brothers Neff hob en-r T2346n1/01 has stopped sparking on all hobs. Have not checked it for elec yet but any one know how to change the igniter?

    Remove knobs, burner heads and lift top clear to access inside. But do check power supply first as it could just be a fuse blown. 😉

    …..or that the plugs been accidentally switched off !!!

    Just phoned him. He did not even realise it was on mains lol. Popping over tomorrow to have a look.

    Yep igniter failed. Need a 423500 or 602117. Neff direct its £33 delivered. Any better options ?
