JLWD1609 timer problem

    Hi
    Looking at a JLWD1609 it shows no error code but the timer counts down twice as fast as it should and there is no neutral to the dryer heater. The thermostat and TOC are ok, the thermistor is 7.7k when cold. Any ideas?

    The dryer element gets supply from J5-1 through t.o.c, & J8-3, J8-4, through relay 3 & 4 on p.c.b
