    Hi

I have a Beko WME 7267W washing machine.

It is not getting beyond the fill part of the cycle, and will not activate its spin cycle either.

The belt is serviceable. The brushes are worn, but not too badly, and I have ordered new brushes for when they do go.

When I activate the self-test function, it gives code 8360.

Could someone please tell me which part or parts, needs replacing?

    Many thanks.

    Nick, in MK

Thats not a fault code but the software number . Now you have entered and exited service mode you will of wiped the code . Set machine going again and wait until it fails again then whilst still in user mode press and hold in both buttons directly under the display and the code should appear it will be the letter E and a number next to it.

Captaincaveman1, many thanks for that. Your right, there was a code initially, which was E11 (or E31), I can’t recall. Previously I had checked only one of the brushes….doh the second was totally worn out.

However, having fitted new brushes, the washing machine is back to normal. Many thanks!
