    Hi, I am trying to remove the front panel on this machine so I can gain excess to the Hi/Low heat button. I have removed the Four screws from the inside of the panel (two each side) however the panel will not come away? is there a fifth screw? that I have missed.

    Any answers please

    Several questions on multiple machines, are you in the trade, if so it would be to your great advantage to apply for full trade access. 😉

    Yes I am in the Trade, tried to join the full trade access but it kept declining my Password .

    I suggest you send an email to admin@ukwhitegoods.co.uk ASAP.

    From memory some machines have screws behind the timer knob, rare for this switch to fail TBH.
