    called two weeks ago, fitted new NTC to the dryer on this machine, customer tells me it worked a few time now has same fault….symptoms are :-
    Dryer runs for about 10 mins then stop., The on/off light flashes fast & also the dryer hight heat / reduce creases/time saver. all flashing. !!
    Any pointer to possible fault please. John

    Thats the F13 fault code

    High Temperature Rise in Drying: Reduced airflow, check fan motor & filter for blockage.

    Chek the filter if fitted they are prone to blocking and restricting airflow which will cause this fault.

    Recent customer had a similar problem. Cleaned filter etc, then realised she had the machine in a kitchen cupboard, thus making the machine overheat every time she used the dryer with the doors shut.
