Over Christmas i thought the fridge side of my Samsung RS21DCSV wasn’t as cool as it should have been, the temp on the front panel was set at its lowest setting of 1 degree but the contents didn’t seem overly cold. I got a very cheap (dealextreme)digital thermometer and put its sensor probe on the top shelf of the fridge and the temp came back as 3 degrees, is this an acceptable temperature for the top shelf of the fridge, should the top or bottom have the lower reading? is there anyway to get a more accurate reading from the fridge as to the correct temperature. i tried pressing the top two buttons on the control panel to see if there were and fault codes displayed but there weren’t, it just came back blank.
Am i just being paranoid.
