Hey there guys, I’m having some technical problems with my dishwasher and while surfing the net trying to find service manual or any other step-by-step instruction, I have found this page very promising.
However, when the dishwasher is turned on, I can only hear drain pump running even if I open the door it doesn’t stop running. I have found this video on YouTube where same problem occurred. Unfortunately it isn’t the same model so my question is how can I reach floating dispenser not to disassemble whole dishwasher.

No online manuals or step by step instructions I’m afraid.
It sounds as though your machine has a flooded base. If you take the mains plug out and the tilt the machine backwards you may see water running out.
This means that you may have an internal leak that needs investigating and fixing.
Not the easiest machine to get into sadly.
If you go to THIS link you can see a blow up parts diagram which might help.
You can remove the side panels and the front plinth to have a look inside.
