    Hi Guy’s: Anyone replaced 1 ? or know what the type code is ?

    Comes hard wired to the pcb, full model number and serial number needed to identify.

    The thermistor can just come loose from behind it’s clamp in the door.

    Hi Jim: Happy New Year mate, cheers for that. Will get the full model & serial numbers, machine belongs to a colleague & he’s apparently tested the thermistor & it reads in the High Megohm range. He wants to try replacing it but there are apparently no markings on it.

    AFAIK it’s not available as a spare, only with complete pcb. What reading is he getting?

    Should be about 47K ohms at room temp.

    Hi Martin: Just spoken to him now & asked him to give me the readings he got from the thermistor when he tested it. He tells me now that it reads roughly 50K cold dropping to 9K when heated. Which to me sounds about right, don’t know where he came up with High Megohms earlier but I think he needs to take less Alcohol in his drink from now on Lol.

    Finally got given the numbers off of this machine. They’re: Hotpoint FDW60P. Cod: 37331831000. Serial:80128 1368 37331831000.

    PCB inc NTC is a C00143209.
