ci 555 strange fault?

hi, customer said “put machine onto normal 40deg wash(synth) and quick wash light doesnt come on any more!(allthough it does say in book that it should) also machine doesnt spin clothes at end of wash, i have to put it on the spin cycle to take the water out of the clothes,and it does spin!!!)” i have replace brushes,also i did have a pcb that has been repaired,so i fitted that! with same result 😕 also i did notice that in the book the progs that did use quick wash,did nt match exactly with the ones on the machine seemed mixed up.( out of gtee) any ideas ❓ (this machine doesnt have the clock display)
