    Beeps after 2/3 mins and not heating.
    Checked t/stat above heater el. ok. but no power to it.

    Where does it pick up the power ? Could mdule be fault.

    Sensor brushes worn perhaps, like most sensor dryers it will switch off heating after a few minutes if no damp clothing is sensed.

    if there is a small pcb at near the mains filter then this may be the fault. When testing make sure you have wet laundry otherwise it will turn off as well.
