    Hi
    The fan on this oven doesn’t initially come on, causing the element to trip the electrics, however once the power is back on the fan operates normally. Anyone know what the cause of this could be? It’s as if the fan is only coming on once the oven gets to a certain temp…

    You need to renew the fan motor .This is a common problem.

    No as its a bearing fault on the motor they usually free up with heat
