I’ve just renewed with them too. Half the price of my previous insurer, but they debited my credit card twice and made a lot of mistakes on the paperwork and have got to get it all re-done. Don’t think I got the 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} WTA discount either. So check everything carefully.
But it’ll be fine when they’ve sorted it all out.

I just did ours. Well, sorta but anyways…
We were paying £2500 a year.
Peacocks, £1300 a year.
Just a small difference so, old insurer binned off and we’re on the WTA scheme now.
That just paid subs for well over a decade and, I get that every year now. I’d consider that to be phenomenal value for money. 😉

Just got off the phone to them, as they couldn’t be bothered to ring me back with the news they ” don’t specialize in that industry anymore, and won’t quote ” .
He firstly told me they would wait till nearer the renewal date (25/7) before quoting , so glad I chased .
Odd conversation , he was very evasive and keen to get rid of me . It was like i’d caught him looking at porn or something ! Strange .

The discounts are still available.. however, only on Public & Employers only..
Apparently you requested a quote for multiple types of insurance combined into one policy; they do not do the combination insurance anymore.Re: Discounted Public Liability Insurance for WTA members
Indeed i did ask them to quote for insuring the business premises/shop as well , separating it out if needed, as i could care less if combined or not .
Was beyond them when i asked though .No matter ; but i can thoroughly recommend SME Insurance both on price and service. Went from £3400 to £1200 . :tup:
