This one is almost a museum piece… it’s a Mk.24 tumble drier!
At a mere 50 years old it has plenty of life left in it if only i can find a drum belt for it. Naturally the original belt has long lost it’s numbers but its a bog standard V-belt which is so badly shredded it might be impossible to accurately measure up for a replacement.
Does anyone remember these?…..
Although never top of the range it smacks of superior quality to anything you can buy today, heavy steel cabinet with thick enamelling and a motor that sounds as smooth and quiet as the day it was delivered.
So….anyone got a part number? 😆
