    Hi everyone

    Hoping that someone can help me out. The freezer compartment on this model (ZNB343s) was badly iced up so I am in the process of trying to dismantle as much as I can and check the components are working (whilst removing/defrosting the ice).

    I have removed the front air grid and the rear panel, however the top panel has two bolts at the front right/left. Does anyone know what size nuts there are, also are the hex etc.. I cant seem to see them well, and anything that I put up there doesnt seem to fit….

    they are a normal 7mm nut but you need a slim and long spinner to get up there
