ParticipantThis dishwasher has 4 program’s the first two from the left are showing 199 and do not count down the 3rd shows 33 and the 4th 19, those 2 seem to work ok. Is this some sort of error code or a corrupt pcb?

Could be a blockage in the pressure chamber/sump hose. that causes all sorts of display problems. It is unlikely to be the module. Steve.

There was a partial blockage in the sump hose, I’ve cleaned that and it’s still the same with the first 2 progs showing 199

No it’s not an error code but the remaining time left of the programme. Two issues affect the times not counting down namely a heating fault OR a blocked Turbidity sensor on the heater box.
Only when one complete cycle is completed will the microprocessor adjust the times once the fault has been rectified.

Cheers Martin, I get what your saying but it works ok on the last 2 progs but when I select either one of the first 2 progs it just shows 199 think I’ll have to have another look around this one.
Thanks again, Paul

What Martin is saying is put the machine on the hotter cycle at 199 mins and let it complete that cycle…..if you’ve cleared the fault the times should then reset to normal !

Many thanks guys, I rang the customer and told them to put it on a 199 cycle and to just let it finish, they rang back and it has corrected its self 😉 I’ve done loads on these machines but never seen one do this, every days a school day 😉
Many thanks Paul -
