    Hi

I have a Diplomat double oven which is one of the 48series. Not sure on exact model without pulling oven out.
When the light goes out to say the main, bottom, oven has reched the temp set it is alot lower. It started off being around 30 deg lower but can now vary upto 60 deg difference. If I try and set it higher to get the correct temp I find it can suddenly go up to the higher temp set.
Does this sound like a thermostat problem or could it be something else?
I am hoping that just replacing the thermostat can fix this as I should be able to get one and do it myself.

Thanks for any help with this.

Sounds like a thermostat problem, but also worth checking the door seals for wear…especially if you have hot air leaking out…
