    Good Afternoon,

    i am having problems with the washing machine above and wondered if anybody could help.
    The machine stopped after a wash but the door wouldn’t unlock. After trying to make the machine spin a couple of times (it wouldn’t spin properly) we managed to get the door open. There were still a lot of suds in the washing and the machine hadn’t drained properly (still a few inches of water in the bottom of the drum). Before opening the door i noticed that the lock symbol was lit permanently and the “intensive wash & start” lights were flashing together for 3 times then they stopped for about 10 seconds before repeating the flashing sequence again.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Check the pump filter!

    Thanks Martin, a perfect diagnosis!! There was lots of rubbish in the filter although i have got to admit that it took me a long time to remove the filter as i did not know that the screw in the handle had to be removed before undoing it :boops:
