    customer gave me this info:
    problem occurred after trying out the self cleaning process.
    Now the top ovens fine, the light is ok on the bottom oven but as soon as the control is turned to heat it trips the main RCD
    I disconnected the main element and tried it but it still trips the RCD

    any pointers as to possible faults please. John

    Disconnect from power then check all elements, motors, stats and light bulb holders in turn with the all important Megger. By the way you missed out the prefix in the Enr number (U)….. 😉
