Hi guys,
The above dishwasher seems to run through ok but gets very hot!
The lady says its melted her cutlery basket? Any ideas where i should start with this when i go saturday?

The syphons within the sump will be blocked up and so its brought the exsposed element on with no water in the tub. In case you havn’t come across one as this really is an antique then to access the syphons remove the main filter under the bottom spray arm and you will see a container on the right with a single screw in the centre remove this and flip the lid off and that exsposes the syphons which will need to be flushed out in the sink. Hopefully could be a nice five minute job just what you need on a saturday!.
