    Hi, my White knight model 427wv is leaving a puddle under the front area and seems less efficient 😕

    The vent hose is either crushed or the vent on the wall outside is blocked.

    HI,i have checked the vent hose right through and outlet,all clear except water laying in the lower section of the vent hose?
    about a litre.

    There’s your problem then, sort out the vent hose, shorten it if necessary.
