Have got up this morning and for what appears to be no apparent reason the fridge door won’t work properly.
it won’t close or open fully and when about half open there is a clunky grinding type noise.
we assume something has happened with the hinges but can’t see what.
we also can’t see how the hinges can be adjusted – which screw does what?
the fridge door is attached directly to the cupboard door, it does not appear to be one of these sliding mechanism hinges.
HELP PLEASE
Oh it’s a Bosch appliance.
It’s more likely that either the cabinet has moved or base collapsed. The only real way to check is to remove the decor door fitments to see what it does with them removed.
Thanks for the suggestion but presumeably if the base had collapsed we would experience a similar problem with the freezer door, which is below the fridge?
There is no problem at all with the freezer door.
