After filling with salt yesterday machine displayed the two flashing leds indicating ‘anti flood system triggered’. Followed a host of ideas on this and other forums but I am still not able to get the fault to clear.
No water found in the base drip area, machine is dry, float switch on the floor and uswitch heard to click when raised by hand.
Drain pump is working OK, on first inspection there was just a little water in the base of the filter compartment. Water put into the machine pumps out OK. Even without water in the machine the pump does come on when power is first applied, runs for about 15-20 seconds then stops for about the same time then restarts and stops.
Water inlet matrix found to be very dirty in way of the lower hose connection, this has been removed, cleaned and refitted.
Vac/pressure switch and pipe on right side checked an proved clear/operational (switch clicks noted when blowing into inlet.
Guidance and suggestions appreciated, else will have to invest in a set of Marigolds and Fairy Liquid

Depending which led’s are flashing it could mean aqua control triggered, by clearing water from base & resetting float switch, once appliance is switched off & on again with on/off button it should allow new programme to be set.

Thanks for response. As noted there was no water present in the drip tray so all the usual ideas failed. But I have had a success. Having spent 40years troubleshooting industrial controls I ended up at the door control unit (all the sensors had been checked by now, and removed all the I/O connections from the controller except the power supply. Powered up and got normal start of cycle indications. Reconnected everything and the cycle lock-out loop that had been stopping machine from going past the initial pump out seemed to have cleared and a normal complete cycle completed. Has worked perfectly ever since.
I checked the connections to the controller carefully before removing them and am happy that they were not loose etc. Without the technical info no idea why this worked – but very happy.
