Samsung RSA1WTMH door doesn’t close properly causing leak

I have a Samsung RSA1WTMH side by side fridge freezer. The fridge door seal closes perfectly. However, the freezer door seals only along the left(hinged) edge, the top edge and the bottom edge. The freezer does not seal properly down the right edge. The seal closes against the cabinet at the top and the bottom of the right edge, but there is a tiny gap between the rest of the seal and the freezer casing. This causes frosting in the freezer and a small water leak on the floor. I have tries replacing the seal, but the problem still remains. The doors appear well alligned and allignment adjustment is made to the fridge door (which closes fine)and not the freezer door. Has anyone has a similar problem or might know of a possible cause please? I have had this problem since I bought the freezer about 18 months ago, but am only addressing it now because the water leak is rotting the kick board in a kitchen unit.
