    I have a siemens built in twin oven HB903 .when last switched on It tripped main breaker after getting warm. I have switched of the CB for the oven switched the main one back on so everthing else works.Tried to turn the oven breaker back on with oven switched off and it trips every time. any ideas.

    If the oven switch is in the off position and it still trips the main RCD it will be the selector switch or terminal block shorting

    If it trips when you turn on the main oven it will be the element.

    Thanks , Samuri sorry to be dim but what do you mean by selector switch ?

    The switch that you use on the cooker control panel, to switch the oven on.. Is what i believe samuri means…
