I have a three year old built in fridge. Over the last couple of months I have found water collecting at the bottom of it (an inch or so deep). Food in the fridge always seems to be cold and there is ice on the inside back wall which suggests to me that the fridge is still working. Any ideas as to what it could be ??

Generally the drain hole at the back would be blocked, something flexible like a bit of wire or pipe cleaner or the likes down it should solve the problem.

Probably nothing more than the drain pipe blocked. at the back of the inside of the fridge, there should be a gutter and a drain hole. poke something down the hole a bit and try and clear it out.
