The machine in question got interlock problem. Cannot open the door. The previous engineer replaced the lock under warranty a while back and forgot to clip the emergency door release lever back on.
This gave me a challenge that I could not do. It was so tightly packed inside the machine and I can’t seem to reach the catch with the screwdriver because of the soap drawer hose. Also there is a plastic cover on the top of the interlock so it was very difficult to access to it.
Am I right in thinking the only way is to put the machine onto the floor and release the door underneath where the lever should have been? I really don’t like that machine…
