    Hi,

    We have an ISE AW23 machine, 3.5 yrs old which has recently started to rumble – sounds like drum bearings 🙁

    We bought a 5 year warranty, but need to be sure the drum bearings are covered before I call out the engineer.

    Does anyone know if 5 year warranty covers parts/labour on drum bearings?

    Thanks Dr,

    Yes I have a 5 year warranty certificate.

    I’ve emailed ISE to ask if it’s covered.

    If not, does anyone know how much a job like this is likely to cost?

    The bearings are covered under warranty, you have the certificate right there, no worries! 😀
