    Hi all, a wee bit help needed, anyone know what the error code e-11 means on a Hoover Dynamic 9+6 washer dryer, its only 3 months old! Filter checked and is ok, how can we get the washing out ? its locked up with E11 showing.

    HMMMM a good old “IT” switch it off switch it on again has cleared the fault….but what does it mean 😀

    Yes it refers to a fault on the dryer sensor. However I would seriously suggest you don’t mess with it as it is covered by Hoover’s guarantee and you should call them in to sort it. If you mess with it the guarantee will be VOID….! 🙁

    Thanks martin, I’ve already called them, their quick response is next Friday !!! Just for reference do you have a list of the other codes? Thanks again

    Yes I do, including the Highway Code, a certificate to show I passed the 12wmp Morse Code and a copy (somewhere?) of the Da Vinci Code. :clown:

    More than likely one of the two red wires from the sensor has come loose, if you take off the lid after unplugging of course you will see the w/d exhaust the sensor nearest the front of the machine will have a loose connection or complete disconnected
