Neff oven stat?

    I am sure I have correct Enr No:, have just phoned customer to verify but the Neff spares web site does not recognise it. 😥

    I have U1421N2GB/02, I have also tried UI without success.

    I need the part number for the main oven stat, can any kind soul oblige?

    Hi Jim

    Your ENR no. works for me I just copied and pasted onto BSH no problem :con:

    Main oven stat with 1550mm capillary is 489378.

    How very strange, I was on the Neff site, it seems to be working for me now. 😕 Thanks all the same. 8)
