    Hi I have a Lofra oven model no MXG96AMF/C serial no: 72062 and cannot find any oven repairer that can source the spare parts I need for it -it needs a base heating element and door seal. I am looking myself and cannot get through to Lofra uk at all and not sure if I can use a generic heating element and if so what size and where from? Any help greatly appreciated as a new oven is a very expensive alternative.

    If you email Dave on spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk he should be able to source one if it’s still available and, they’re not generic.

    Lofra spares can take a while to arrive though.
