machine won’t start. the bottom yellow indicator,anti crease?, flashes all the time.I couldn’t get it to go into service mode so suspected the pcb behind the facia which i’ve been told is 6190984.i am wondering if I was too hasty and perhaps the service mode wont work if the door switch is faulty.any advise appreciated.
i dont have the number which is stamped onto the board to use QER.Re: meile T234c
Check the stat on the element..remove rear plate..think its a 160 degree one shot type

Also try it on timed dry and not sensor dry

The heater stat open circuiting would still allow the motor to turn. the time dry is more for checking the brush sensors. This machine wont do anything.Yes, i should have checked the door switch but i somehow convinced myself that it must be the pcb.

It was the door switch. job now sorted.
the pcb part number 6190985. exchange price of £121 plus vat. it has EPWL 300 KD stamped on it. QER have said that they have done successful repairs to this pcb in the past.
