Are the hinge probes fully seated into the guides?

I have no clue what could be the problem TBH. Both the hinges and the hinge bearings (172647) can only be fitted one way with no adjustment. And assuming the hinge is fully located into the bearing socket and the latch retracted it should have sufficient tension in the springs in order to sit tight flush to the door gasket. The only reason I have ever replaced the hinges is when one or both springs lose their tension and don’t fully close. New hinges should be well tensioned……..all very odd.

Have you tried refitting the old hinge bearings? I never had need to replace them as a rule, so might be worth trying?
