My machine works fine however it no longer warms the water on any programme.
Also the tumble dryer no longer warms when pit on a programme although the programme completes.Should I replace the heater element / thermostat or both?

To be honest I’m puzzled to imagine why your machine would complete a wash cycle or indeed a dry cycle without either heater working? Effectively I would say that one is unbelievable but BOTH impossible! Being as either element failing would cause the machine not to complete the cycle, so hands up from me, I have no clue. But welcome the challenge in finding out where the problems are?
Time to unplug the machine and get out the test meter before going any further I would suggest. Simply guessing the heaters need replacing is pointless without further investigation.
